About Him

At 23 years old, Moamen Khairy is already one of the most dangerous shooters in Egyptian basketball. A versatile backcourt player who operates at both point guard and shooting guard, Moamen has been a key piece of Al Ahly SC's dominance in Egyptian basketball, winning titles across every major domestic competition. A proven winner at club level and a national team regular, he also made his mark on the global 3x3 stage, finishing 4th at a FIBA 3x3 World Cup with Egypt. His shooting ability was recognized early, earning MVP and Top Three-Pointer honors at the U16 African Championship, and he has only grown since. Moamen is also the captain of the Egyptian Olympic National Team.
